Michael Arnold has replaced Seán Martin Hingston as Jacquot in Carnival, a Kennedy Center production. The musical is set to open on February 24th. Hingston cited “personal health concerns” as the reason for his withdrawl. The show follows a naïve young orphan girl who eagerly joins a traveling French circus. Falling for the troupe’s manipulative magician, she also enchants a disillusioned puppeteer, who can only show his love through his whimsical creations.
