Carol Burnett’s Return to the Stage!

It has been announced that Carol Burnett will be starring in the world premiere of the new Charles Grodin play called “What’s Been Bothering You Lately?” This will be Burnett’s first reutrn to the stage in many years and audiences are undoubtedly getting in line at this very moment to see if they can pre-order tickets to see this incredible return to Broadway. Ths production will open at the Falcon Theater in Los Angeles on October 26, 2007 where it will run throughout oNovember 18, 2007.

The play will be directed by Chris Smith and Burnett will play an under-qualified life coach who specializes in couples therapy but is herself crazy. Having appeard in numerous Braodway prdouctions as well as being best-known for her work on “The Carol Burnett Show,” Burnett has been involved in theater for most of her life, having originated the lead female role in “Once Upon a Matress” and winning over audiences ever since.
