Well, it’s official: the Dirty Rotten Scoundrels are getting down, dirty and scandalous. That’s right, the cast of the famed play will be baring it all in the Windy City, so all you fans out there should be prepared to be blown away! No, despite their name, the Dirty Rotten Scoundrels are stripping for an honorable cause. Their charitable striptease is in recognition of the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS cause, and really there is nothing dirty and rotten about it.

The Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is a musical that follows the hilarious fortunes and misfortunes of two con men residing in the French Riviera. The two men Lawrence Jameson, played by Keith Carradine and Freddy Benson, played by Brian D’Arcy James couldn’t be more different in their tactics to extract the goods from the naïve and affluent ladies living among them. Their warring to become “top con” is what makes this play all the more enjoyable and in the end it is determined that the small little French town is just not big enough for the two of them.
