McGregor Appears in Othello

Ewan McGregor, a man of many talents when it comes to acting is filling the shoes of Iago in the production of “Othello” which is set to officially open on December 4.  McGregor is a fairly well-known film actor who has appeared is such flicks as: “Star Wars,” “Miss Potter” and “Moulin Rouge.”  Yet perhaps what people don’t really know is that he has a particular fondness for acting on the stage and appeared in the West End revival of “Guys and Dolls.”  His role in “Othello” will most likely have theatre-goers lining up at the doors to get a glimpse of this famous actor in this equally famous production.
