For 19 days the curtain was closed on all Broadway shows in New York City and finally there is a definitive end to the massive strike that held the theatre world captive for over two weeks. All the shows will resume tonight after a somewhat tentative agreement was reached between the League of American Theatres and Producers and the union yesterday.
