Step Back in Time With Cast Members of Rent

Do you really miss the days of shoulder pads, leggings and bright neon colors?  If you do, you most definitely have a warped sense of fashion, but it also means that you are nostalgic for the days of the 1980s, filled with such fashion nightmares, like those mentioned above.  But then the eighties had more to offer than pantsuits and jellies.  The eighties, for all of its flaws had some pretty decent music.  Madonna, Michael Jackson, The Cure, ABBA, Bon Jovi, The Cars, Duran, Duran, Peter Gabriel and my personal favorite: Billy Idol (of course that might have more to do with his hair).  Nevertheless, the cast members of rent are reintroducing us to this fabulous sounds that will seriously rock your world.

Cast members will head to the cutting room where they will perform their favorite ballads from the 1980s while they are decked out in eighties attire, which will of course be entertaining no matter how repulsed you are by bright pink colored shirts and skin tight leggings.  Some of the actors that will be making an appearance include: Telly Leung, Karmine Alers, Yassmin Alers, Matt Caplan and Crystal Monee Hall.  Be sure to check out the various talents on the stage and don’t forget to get your pair of Rent tickets from Stubhub.com.
