Petkoff Joins Spamalot!

A new cast member is preparing to join the cast of Spamalot on Broadway tomorrow night.  Robert Petkoff will join the Spamalot at the Shubert Theatre when he steps into the roles of Sir Robin, Guard 1 and Brother Maynard.  Petkoff succeeds the highly successful former American Idol contestant Clay Aiken, who reportedly played his final performance on May 4.  Robert Petkoff is remembered for his performances in Fiddler on the Roof and Epic Proportions, both of which were productions that were featured on Broadway.

Spamalot, according to press notes posted on Playbill.com, “tells the tale of King Arthur and Knights of the Round Table on their quest from God for the Holy Grail-with a short stop in the dazzling Spam-filled land of Camelot.”  Spamalot earned the 2005 Tony Award for Best Musical and took home high honors for direction and for one of its prominent stars.  Don’t miss out on this well received production, get your own pair of Spamalot tickets today!
