Rent’s Final Act to be Seen Nationwide

The Broadway smash hit Rent will soon be coming to a close, in fact the final day of Rent is scheduled for September 7 at the Nederlander Theater in New York City.  The final show will filmed so that it can be screened in nationwide movie theaters around the country.  In addition to the final performance the filming of the final showing of Rent will feature special closing extras which will not be disclosed ahead of time.  Screening dates for this upcoming last show have yet been released and people are most likely on the edge of their seats in anticipation of the final showing of Rent.

Rent has become one of the most popular musicals of all time, winning every major best musical award, including the Tony Award, New York Drama Critics Circle Award, Drama Desk Award and the Outer Critics Circle Award.  Rent is also recognized as one of only seven musicals to win the Pulitzer Prize for drama.  It is also the seventh longest running show in Broadway history.  Make sure not to miss Rent before it closes its curtain forever.  Get your pair of Rent tickets as soon as possible.
